Yes, we can manufacture from a sample, as well as from a technical drawing of a part. We are also able to analyse material, modify parts and carry out reverse engineering services from a sample, whether it is new or used. We produce our parts to a high quality standard, using our unique materials and coatings. 

The majority of our frequently purchased products are in stock. Parts available in stock are dispatched from our company site with next day delivery. Most companies receive our parts within 24-48 hours from the time of dispatch. However, this may vary depending on your location.  

Yes. We supply to many companies all over the world, from small enterprises to large multi-nationals. We have clients on almost every continent: North and South America, Europe, Asia and Africa. 

Yes, we are able to visit our customer production sites. Visiting production sites helps us to understand the applications which our customers uses, understand their production demands, identify technical challenges and find opportunities that will benefit their production process.  We continuously follow up the progress whilst working alongside experienced engineers to improve the overall output and build a stronger business relationship. 

Yes. We have been awarded the ISO9001 certificate which certifies that our quality management system has been assessed and approved by QSC Ltd. The approved quality administration systems applies to our industrial blades and wear parts.  You can see a PDF version of our ISO9001:15 certificate HERE. 

Although we have rigorous quality assessments and checks in place, we understand that sometimes things do go wrong. As each client uses there blades/wear parts in different ways, on different machines, we assess each problem as a separate case. If you have the littlest issue with any of our parts, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the problem together and resolve it as quickly and efficiently as possible for you.
